What we hold

IonicX AI (UEN 53518824B, Singapore) operates lead-alert services for businesses. When a business connects its Facebook or Instagram Page to us, we receive and store:

• Lead-form submissions— the answers a person gave on that business's Meta lead form, which typically include name, phone number and email address.
• Alert records — the WhatsApp message we sent to notify the business owner, and whether it was delivered.
• Page connection details — the Page ID, lead form IDs and access token for the Page the business connected.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How to request deletion

Email hello@ionicx.ai with the subject Data deletion request, and include:

• the phone number or email address you gave on the form, so we can find your record;
• the business or Page you submitted the form to, if you remember it.

You do not need an account with us to make this request, and there is no charge.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• We delete the data within 5 business days and confirm by email. This removes your lead record and the alert message log from our systems.
• Where a record must be kept to meet a legal or accounting obligation, we tell you which record and why, and delete it once that obligation ends.
• We cannot delete data held by the business you contacted, or by Meta. Those are separate controllers — ask them directly, and we will tell you who they are if you are not sure.

If you are the business

Disconnecting your Page in the portal stops all future lead collection immediately, and revoking IonicX AI in Facebook Business Integrations revokes our access at Meta's end. To also erase the leads already collected, email us as above and we will delete the workspace and everything in it.
