No. Alerts are sent from a dedicated number we provision under our Business Manager. Your existing WhatsApp Business app stays untouched on your phone.

Lead Alert is monthly with no lock-in. Confirm the cancellation date, any outstanding fees, export access and retention period with Isaac before stopping. A pause or automatic reactivation is not assumed.

Your lead data belongs to you. Agree the export format and handover date before cancellation; do not rely on an unconfirmed retention window.

Contact Isaac directly. Account permissions, template approval and platform outages can interrupt alerts. We investigate the affected connection; an alert attempt is not proof of delivery, and recovery timing depends on the cause. Check the source account for enquiries while an issue is unresolved.

One price: S$1,500 setup + S$1,200/yr care.
